・Your reviews must be genuine and must be your opinion and personal experience of your current or former employer. When it comes to factual disputes, we do not favor either party, so you should be able to support your statements in the content.

・We only accept Company Reviews about companies located in Japan, written in English.

・We only accept Company Reviews for companies where you have worked for over a year.

・Each person is allowed one review per employer. Your content should be relevant to the work you’ve done in the last 10 years, so it’s relevant to job seekers today.

・We encourage you to consider your work from certain angles and include pros and cons to provide a balanced review. Although not required, we believe that balanced comments can enhance the community experience.

・We do not allow reviews identifying individuals.

・We know that talking about work can be emotional, but we do not tolerate profanity, threats of violence, or discriminatory language against individuals or groups in comments. If we believe that comments are used to describe the situation in the workplace, we may allow comments that mention race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, etc. General discussions of misconduct in the workplace, including most discussions of illegal activities, discrimination, and sexual harassment should be reported to the respective authorities.

・We do not accept reviews that disclose company confidential information and non-public inside information. This includes: source code, customer lists, manufacturing technology, R&D activities, budgets, detailed financial results and technical knowledge.

・To protect privacy, we do not allow you to identify yourself or include contact information (about yourself or others) in your posts.
